1. Scope & Acceptance of Terms
By accessing playnexy.space, creating an account, or utilizing any development tools, analytics, or gaming services provided by PlayNexy, you enter a binding agreement with us. These Terms constitute the entire contract between PlayNexy ("the Company") and you ("the User" or "Developer").
If you are accessing these services on behalf of a studio or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. Legal Framework
Our terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from the use of PlayNexy services will be handled in the courts of Istanbul.
2. User Responsibilities & Conduct Matrix
We maintain a strict environment to protect developers and players alike. Violations result in immediate account suspension.
Allowed Actions
- Publishing original games and assets.
- Using our analytics tools for personal metrics.
- Interacting with community forums constructively.
- Reporting bugs or security vulnerabilities.
Strictly Prohibited
- Reverse engineering the PlayNexy platform code.
- Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior in communities.
- Cheating, automation, or exploiting platform bugs for gain.
- Uploading malware or malicious code executables.
3. Intellectual Property & Ownership
PlayNexy retains ownership of the platform itself, proprietary code, design systems, and branding. However, you retain full ownership of any games, assets, or content you upload or create using our tools.
By uploading content, you grant PlayNexy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, distribute, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service. This license terminates when you delete your content, provided it has not been shared or distributed to other users.
We respect Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) principles. If you believe your IP has been infringed upon within our ecosystem, please contact our designated agent immediately.
License Grant Details
The license you grant us is limited, revocable, and specifically tied to the operation of the PlayNexy service. It does not allow us to sell your assets to third parties or use them in external marketing without separate written consent.

4. Termination & Service Disclaimers
Critical Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PlayNexy, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. This is a standard limitation in the gaming industry due to the volatility of software environments.
